Describe your event
Date, headcount, region, budget and what you need. Miia asks follow-up questions if anything is missing. One briefing, no matter how many vendors you compare afterwards.
Receive offers
Matching venues and caterers apply with a concrete offer. You do not have to follow up with anyone.
Compare and book
All offers in the same structure: total price, price per person, what is included, how long the option is valid. You book directly or decline.
And if nobody responds?
Then Miia suggests matching vendors you can contact directly from your briefing. You do not start over from zero.
